Retainer vs. Contingency
In general DSA prefers contingency to retained search. If your
organization has a strong desire to work on retainer we can certainly
discuss this possibility. DSA typically agrees to retained search only with
well-established clients with whom we have a track record of success on
contingency assignments.
Our contingency fees are in the range considered "industry
standard." We offer a reduction in our fee once your organization has
decided to entrust DSA as your exclusive recruiting resource for IT Audit
search.
